തടാകം

തിരക്കില്‍ നിന്നും ഒഴിഞ്ഞ വഴി. വണ്ടികള്‍ പോകുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, വഴിയോരത്തുള്ള ആ തടാകം ആളുകളുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയെ ആകര്‍ഷിച്ചു. ഇത്രയും ഭംഗി ഉള്ള സ്ഥലം ഇവിടെ ഉണ്ടൊ എന്നു വിചരിചു പോകും. ഞാനും ജയസുവും കൂടി നടന്നു നീങ്ങി. അവിടെ മീന്‍ പീടിക്കാന്‍ ഇരിക്കുന്ന വൃദ്ധരെ ഞങ്ങള്‍ കുറച്ചു നേരം നോക്കി നിന്നു. അയാളുടെ സഞ്ചിയില്‍ ഉളള മീനുക്കള്‍ പിടക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പാര്‍ക്കില്‍ കുറുകുന്ന ഇണ കുരുവികളെ നോക്കി വെളളം ഇറക്കി തിരിച്ചു പോന്നു.
